We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. We do not have any control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines the charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be. Return Policy
Please be aware that fcl. do not cancel or exchange or refund for change of mind, individual reasons or incorrect products order and delayed delivery as international shipping parcels dispatched. Please make sure not to make any wrong order. If items are defective or dead on receipt, though, please contact us via email within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Then, we will exchange for the bulbs or the ballasts. Items shall be returned in their original and unused condition. Please do not ship back the item without pre-notice to us. Items shall be returned in their original and unused condition.
Warranty Policy
HID KIT and LED Headlight¡¡¡§ Within 30 days from the date of purchase
LED Pats, Bulbs, Interior Lights and Other Optional Parts¡¡: Within 7 days from the date of purchase 


In case that the bulb(s), the ballast(s), the relay harness or directly connecting relay unit(s) fails within the warranty period, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know the situation. Warranty is only valid with proof of sale.

Warranty only applies to original purchaser. We recommend you retain all records of original purchase to validate your warranty. Shipping and handling charges are not covered by warranty. Only defective parts need to be sent in for warranty.

This Warranty specifically excludes any items installed by an unauthorized person, defects resulting from water damage, fire, chemical spillage, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, operation with un-approved aftermarket headlights and/or Daytime Running Light feature, submersion, vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. Color issues, such as discoloration, matching or ANY modification to the system and components, or operating on a vehicle with a defective component and part, will automatically void the warranty.

This product is aftermarket parts. If anything happen to your new HID kit, you will need original parts so that you can avoid inconvenient situation.
